- Basically, find an image (probably on the internet in your case), download it to your computer with a clear, explanatory filename such as "Chocomaro.jpg" (probably onto your desktop so you can find it), then hit the "Upload file" link in the toolbox, explain where you found it and give a fairuse rationale since for your article probably all images will be copyrighted. Then, to include it in your page, put [[Image:Chocomaro.jpg|thumb|right|explanatory caption]]. Mak (talk) 23:56, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
- Also, make sure you're telling the page the complete filename path on your computer, such as C:\My Documents\Myimage.jpg. If that's a valid filename, it should upload. Mr. Lefty Talk to me! 23:36, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
- If you could tell me what the problem is I might be able to help you. As it it the short explanation I gave above is probably the quickest shortest explanation I could give. Go to the toolbox. Hit "upload file", then upload an image. Ask me a specific question and maybe I can help you. You could also go to the HELP desk, and they might get back to you quicker and more specifically.
