This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Hello - Just a friendly reminder about how we use links to websites other than Wikipedia. We place them in the "External links" section except in a few rare occasions. I noticed on the Aptos, California article there were a few links to the schools in the area. One good trick is to check to see if there is an article on the item first.
