Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Rajapruk University, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Stop removing the speedy. Let an admin look at it and decide. Hi, @David Dylan:! Please stop removing speedy deletion tags for copyrighted material until the copyright violation is actually remedied. @David Dylan: I am honestly not sure what you are trying to say but the issue here is not multiple edits, its the removal of copyright violation notification and tags when the copyright violation itself was not dealt with. Please leave this job to administrators familiar with dealing with copyright violations so that (1) the article can be properly and promptly cleaned and (2) revision deletion of the page history can be done. @Meters: I guess I will become a WikiGnome. I seem like I've been making way too much mistakes for content creation. At this rate, I will be blocked from editing. Becoming a WikiGnome is my way of saying "Why am I such a misfit. Why am I such a misfit. You don't fire me, I quit. That's the way I will fit!". You scared me away from content creation. @David Dylan: Hello, I am Zppix an editor who just happened to see this in recent changes, and I've looked at your user talk and I want to respectfully give you some advice. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OFFENSE.

• Do not remove Speedy Deletion tags unless, you added it and it was by mistake, you have a VALID reason behind removing it. AND for the love of Jimbo don't remove it if you created the page.
• PLEASE read up on Wikipedia policies, and ask questions if you have them, many Wikipedians will be more then happily help you out!
• DO NOT determine whether or not speedy deletion tags are valid or not (excluding the criterion included above)
• PLEASE do not sign the beginning of your messages on talk pages only the end using ~~~~
• Do not be uncivil towards others
• Finally, DO NOT BE DISRUPTIVE OR VANDALISE (even if you haven't before this is just something i must emphasise), You will be caught and it will be reverted if you attempt it (this is not an attack FYIT just stating facts read my warning above this list)

I understand you being upset with Meters, but David, if you wish can you try this atleast, start with what you know you can do right and slowly making more difficult edits, I'm sure Meters and Diannaa understand no-one's perfect, we all make mistakes. I'm willing to mentor you and help you out to best of my ability and I'm sure I could work something out with those aforementioned editors to give you a second (but monitored) chance, you seem like an editor that does stuff in good-faith and i see some potential, but I also can see that you may need some help. I'm not trying to be uncivil to User:David Dylan or to chase him away, and I agree that this is not a case of bad faith editing. but he really does not seem to get the copyright issue. This is becoming a WP:CIR issue. He cannot copy material verbatim. He cannot simply change the order of a few words and claim that he has addressed the copyright issue. @Zppix: I do not understand the copyvio problem, as Wikipedia is full of lists, and Wikipedia has to be verifiable, when I place sourced lists on Wikipedia, the lists are removed because of copyvios; giving a free pass only to unverifiable lists. Wikipedia must be verifiable, with lists as no exeption. Lists are part of Wikipedia, so why did, out of the necessity for verifiability, verifiable lists get deleted, because their verifiability triggers the Earwig Copyvio Detector (David Dylan (talk) 22:31, 18 January 2017 (UTC))

First off copyvio is not verifiable you must use the references you get the info from and write it completely in your own words meaning if a references said "Bob ate an Western Pumpkin Pie" you wouldnt use that you would instead say "The Western Pumpkin Pie was eaten by Bob." @Zppix: That didn't show the copyright implications for lists. The fact that it is impossible to reword a list can be interpreted as a copyvio, as the proper nouns that make up the list cannot be reworded. And it has. Try rewording "Massachusetts" and stating it in your own words. Most lists are made completely out of proper nouns.

I'm sorry to inform you, but I have indefinitely blocked your account. The continual addition of copyright content from external websites continues to be a significant problem which you are continually failing to remedy. I appreciate you continue to try and reword content, changing a word here or there, but the core content you copy remains so substantially similar that the original copyright continues to exist.

When you write content on Wikipedia, you must write that content, from the ground up, using your own sentences and paragraphs, not just changing a word or two. If you are writing content properly, you should really be merging content from multiple sources into one completely new piece of text, which has few if any similarities to any of the original sources you have used whilst researching a subject.

I hope that you can read our policies on copyright, close paraphrasing and the like thoroughly. The block, whilst indefinite, can be lifted and you can resume editing when we are happy you are no longer a plagiarism concern for Wikipedia. Nick (talk) 00:06, 25 January 2017 (UTC)

You don't know. I already know what the block is like. I already feel punished, and I will not do that again because I know what the mistake was, and I know the consequences. You don't understand: You need to know your mistake before you fix it. Sending links to Wikipedia policy links is often useless, because the policy is usually hidden under thousands of words of policy on that policy page. Now that I know the mistakes, and I know the punishment of them, I will comply with the mistake. I just need to be able to know what I can and can't do on Wikipedia. Which is what I did. Do you understand that no one is perfect. Throwing out people just because they make mistakes will soon lead to (1) A Wikipedia Oligopoly, or (2) A Wikipedia where the only edits are made by bots, which are not perfect either. David, Don't tell only parts of the story, I offered to mentor you until you decided to then backstab me, now @Nick:'s block is pretty valid, you were told to stop, by many others. Now, do yourself a favor and STOP digging a deeper hole. I tried to prevent this but you completely disregarded my help, this is no-ones fault but your own. I'm sorry I've tried to AGF but with this continued behavior I cannot anymore. I suggest reading every policy and guideline and come back again and try to ask for a unblock in a few months/years explaining what you did wrong and what you will do to stop the behavior, and hope an admin will if they feel its the right thing to do, unblock you. While I do believe that your first couple times were in fact in good faith the fact you continued shows to many editors a sign of bad faith towards Wikipedia.
