Request reason:

I have been blocked from editing on Wikipedia because of advertising issues. I recently joined Wikipedia and learned to edit while looking at other articles. I am not familiar with all of Wikipedia guidelines and I am still learning. If I have inadvertently made a mistake, I apologize for this. Request reason:

Requesting you to please unblock me as I've read WP:PROMO, WP:COI, and understood what I was blocked for. I have a conflict of interest with ThinkMarkets Limited as I work here. I was not supposed to create this page directly in mainspace and a draft was to be submitted for AFC review instead. I was not aware of this and make an apology. I assure you that I will not create articles directly in mainspace with which I have a COI and will always proceed through the AFC process. Furthermore, I will contribute to other pages from a neutral point of view and will not add anything which is promotional or not supported by third party sources. @CaptainEek: Yes, I've a conflict of interest with ThinkMarkets Limited as I work here. I read both the guidelines and releaized what I did wrong. I was not supposed to create the page directly in mainspace and a draft was to be submitted instead. I would like to make an apology as I was not aware of this before. I assure you that I will not edit/create articles with which I've a conflict of interest and will always proceed through Article for creation process. I also tried to disclose my employment status on my userpage as per COI but the system did not allow me to do so, may be because of this block. requesting you to please unblock me, I assure you that I will not repeate these mistakes in the future. Creating this page was not the only purpose of mine and I wanted to make more worthwhile contributions. Concerns

You were unblocked and I already have some concerns. Your edit to iBall linked to an article that has zero to do with iBall, and looks like a spam link. But your first edits (after putting the disclosure on your user page) was to ask how to get your article accepted. That's the exact opposite of why you were unblocked. You were unblocked because you said you'd stay away from ThinkMarkets and focus on other things. Continuing to edit about the article or ask about its status will lead to the block being reinstated. @Only: I accidentally added another link which I replaced with the correct one. I would make sure to double check my edits to avoid such errors in the future. I did not try to edit the page (Thinkmartkets) and just asked CaptainEek if he could make edits on behalf of me as I'm am not allowed to do so. I've joined Wikipedia with good intentions. If creating my company's page were the only purpose of mine, I would not have contributed to other pages. Everyday I get to learn new things which I enjoy doing. I will be more careful next time and will try to make edits without having violated any rules.
