Speedy deletion of Expervision

edit

A tag has been placed on Expervision, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the article or have a copy emailed to you. January 2009

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Beeblebrox (talk) 07:32, 22 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Beeblebrox (talk) 07:34, 22 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

  • If you don't agree with the deletion, you need to state your reasoning on the article's talk page. click here for that page. Adding multiple hangon tags does not help, one is enough. Beeblebrox (talk) 07:38, 22 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 08:09, 22 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Sockpuppetry case

edit

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Lafirel for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. Beeblebrox (talk) 08:33, 22 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

  • I realize you're new here, but creating multiple accounts to disguise your identity and recreate deleted articles is considered abuse and is not acceptable. Beeblebrox (talk) 08:44, 22 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hello, DanielZhang27. You have new messages at Beeblebrox's talk page.

Image processing

edit

I reverted you, not because adding OCR is a problem, but because you need to learn how to edit right. Don't use underscores in article titles that you link, and then you won't need the "piping". Don't capitalize words except at the start of a sentence; just link simply to optical character recognition. Also, in the first place that you put it, it seems out of place, as the text is really just a special case of parameters of the image. Dicklyon (talk) 16:40, 7 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
