Hi Dan. The difficulty with creating a new article is that the previous article was created by a blocked editor. Under policy, an editor who has been blocked is not allowed to evade their block by creating new pages with different accounts, and if they create new pages the pages can be removed. The was compounded, because the editor concerned has continued to create a series of new accounts, effectively poisoning the well - it is now difficult to know if any attempt to create the new article is similarly problematic or permissible. - Bilby (talk) 06:37, 19 March 2015 (UTC)
