Kompia subgenus edit

I believe the correct placement for a subgenus article is to use "Name (subgenus)" when "Name" is otherwise occupied. - UtherSRG (talk) 12:20, 4 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Oh I understand DaikinInverter789 (talk) 12:21, 4 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Then why did you move Stegomyia to Aedes (Stegomyia)? UtherSRG (talk) 10:33, 5 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Halaedes moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Halaedes, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hey man im josh (talk) 13:52, 4 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

If I add citation to wiki page then it will not be draft page anymore? DaikinInverter789 (talk) 13:55, 4 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
You need to come up with more content than the bare-bones definition you give for Halaedes. If that's all you can contribute, the subgenus can be dealt with in the Aedes article and this draft can become a WP:redirect page.--Quisqualis (talk) 01:15, 5 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for October 5 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Stegomyia (subgenus), you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Australasian and South Pacific. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

List of Aedes species edit

Could you please stop completely re-arranging or blanking the article every few days? I suggest that if you want to restructure it, you do so in draft or user space, rather than leaving something unreadable in mainspace for long periods. What is the plan here, anyway? Do you want a list of subgenera, with an associated list of species within each one? --Elmidae (talk · contribs) 08:25, 8 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Sorry for unreadable thing I add into article.I've created subgenus list that readable now. DaikinInverter789 (talk) 08:27, 8 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

I also adding new species too. DaikinInverter789 (talk) 08:31, 8 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

I have moved this to User:DaikinInverter789/sandbox, as the talk page isn't really meant for article work. Cheers --Elmidae (talk · contribs) 10:21, 8 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
Oh nice thank.I try to fixing that then adding it to the Aedes mosquito article. DaikinInverter789 (talk) 10:54, 8 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
I have asked for sources for some changes you've made to other pages. Because you've edited several Aedes pages I can't remember which ones. In general sources for your edits would be desirable. Invasive Spices (talk) 8 October 2022 (UTC)
Not just desired, but required. - UtherSRG (talk) 20:49, 8 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
