Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. Norrington Table

Hey D Wells, I recently stumbled upon your wonderful Norrington Table graphic. Do you think it would be possible to upload a larger version of each college's chart so that it could be used in the respective college articles? Invitation to participate in study

Hello,

I am E. Whittaker, an intern at Wikimedia with the Scoring Team to create a labeled dataset, and potentially a tool, to help editors deal with incivility when they encounter it on talk pages. A full write-up of the study can be found here: m:Research:Civil_Behavior_Interviews. We are currently recruiting editors to be interviewed about their experiences with incivility on talk pages. Would you be interested in being interviewed? I am contacting you because of your involvement in Wikipedia’s Women in Red project. Income distribution

Hey D Wells. Thanks for going to all the trouble in producing https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Median_UK_Income_by_location.png ! I have trouble though distinguishing all those dark blues, so I took the image, stretched the range of light, and converted it to green (since human eyes are better at distinguishing greens), and now I can far more easily distinguish the range of values involved.

So, are you OK with me replacing the image, or would you prefer to do it yourself?
