CJRI-FM - whether it's actually off-air

Are you in the station's listening area? I am not, but (1) the station's website and live stream are still online and (in my brief spurts of listening) not referencing a shutdown, and (2) station ownership has a long history of ignoring the CRTC, therefore it is unclear whether they would actually comply with the licence expiry / failure to renew. That is why I previously updated the intro to indicate it was unclear whether the station had actually stopped broadcasting. — stickguy (:^›)— || talk || 17:21, 3 September 2023 (UTC)

I do live in the listening area. I tested the signal in the car and my personal radio on September 1st, 2023 to see if they had ceased broadcasting. As of Sept 1, the frequency is all static indicating the transmitter is fully offline. I live up the street from their previous studio location (address on the website), which hasn't physically been there for years, assuming the station is fully automated as it remains online on the website.
