Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Stuart Bloom edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Stuart Bloom requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 22:16, 12 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

I have removed the speedy-deletion notice after removing the problematic content. I have requested revision-deletion of the edits that contain the material copied from https://the-big-bang-theory.com/characters.Stuart/. As for the content copied or closely paraphrased from the Big Bang Theory Wiki, I added the appropriate {{Free-content attribution}} template to the bottom. Please follow the instructions at Help:Adding open license text to Wikipedia when copying or using close paraphrasing from "free content." davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 22:51, 12 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Brian Johnson (My Parents Are Aliens) edit

The article Brian Johnson (My Parents Are Aliens) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Does not meet WP:NCHAR or WP:GNG; The coverage from reliable sources should talk about the character in a way which gives its notability from a real world or out-of-universe perspective. There's no evidence of that for this fictional character.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Indefinite block edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for disruptive editing concerning acute editorial incompetence and a failure to communicate. I have no idea why you would move GiantSnowman's drafts to the mainspace a second time after they have already warned you about it twice, but that is not okay.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Request reason:

I have made many useful edits, and I made a couple of mistakes and the wikipedia admins get extremely frustrated, I do not accept to be blocked as I have made several permenant edits that have made wikipedia a more reliable place. Additionally, I have appolised on the mis-edits and I will not do them again. Please could you be kind enough to give me one more chance. Thanks

Decline reason:

Checkuser verified abuser of multiple accounts. You created two new unacceptable WP:SOCK accounts less than five minutes before making this request. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 15:03, 14 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

please could you give me one more chance to make amence, I make mistakes in my edits and would be gratley appreciative to the admins who unblock me. If I put one foot wrong again, I would be willing to accept being blocked. Thank you

Decline reason:

You are blocked now, so please accept that as you offer nothing here to change that. Your only possible path back to editing would be the Standard Offer, and even then you will need to demonstrate skills that you haven't yet. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 18:25, 20 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
