I think the lead/first paragraph of the 'Ageing of Europe' article is a little too specific. The lead should summarize the topic of Ageing in Europe, but leave the specific details about the population pyramid and projections out until later in the article where you can fully explain them. Also, the structure of the article seems off balance in the Causes and Consequences sections. The Causes section should be expanded on. There are some spelling errors in the Consequences section that should be corrected, but also the term 'consequences' might not be the most appropriate word choice (maybe effects or outcomes would fit better).

I agree that lead section needs improvement, this entire article needs a lot of work :) I was planning to focus on causes, and countries section, as you could see in my sandbox I've reorganized the causes section and added some information already, regarding the countries section, I've added information regarding the percentages of the ageing population in each of the listed countries for 2017 and the projection for 2050, I am also thinking to add population pyramids for the listed countries. If you have any additional suggestions I would appreciate any feedback, thanks! Czajkama (talk) 03:15, 4 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

I think you did a good job on adding the information about the European countries and the causes of aging which had multiple issues. I truly think that the additions made the article stronger. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.237.35.92 (talk) 03:54, 12 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
