November 2013 edit

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Northern Territory Library may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Proposed Deletion of Wagaitear and Eylandt Echo edit

Hi Cyclone sunday,

Thanks for your edits and being part of Wikipedia!

I just wanted to let you know I have proposed deletion of the above two articles you created. Unfortunately, I have done this because there are guidelines about the content that Wikipedia considers notable enough to be included in the encyclopedia. Please read Wikipedia:Notability for detailed information, however as a general rule, a subject is not notable enough to have its own article simply because it exists - generally speaking there needs to have been significant coverage discussing the subject in some detail from secondary and third party sources (WP:NRV). I also encourage you to read the policies on what Wikipedia is not, in particular it is not a directory or a indiscriminate collection of information.

I have explained my concerns with each article on the pages themselves. If you disagree with my reasons for proposing deletion, or improve the articles sufficiently to address these concerns in accordance with the above policies, you may go ahead and remove the tags I have added - if you do so please leave a justification on the article's talk page so other editors know what is happening.

Kind Regards, Dfadden (talk) 11:51, 23 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
