Hi, I added back the categories Statistics and Statistics Education, per your request. The reason I changed Statistics Education to Mathematics Education was because the former didn't exist yet (maybe its not broad enough), and Mathematics Education seemed like a good place to put it, giving the article a bit more visibility. Usually, a category has to have a certain number of articles to be actually be created, so Statistics Education may be a red link for awhile. Let me know if you have any questions!
