Proposed deletion of Operation Fabulous

edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Operation Fabulous, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Speculation about upcoming television series with no sources.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. The article Aegean flying dolphins has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 11:35, 18 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Viewership numbers for Life Unexpected

edit

Hello. You recently changed the viewer numbers on the List of Life Unexpected episodes here: [1]. Similarly, yesterday it was changed by IP 74.235.90.30 here: [2] . The cited reference states in the article that the viewership was 2.74. (source) What am I missing here? I am confused as to why you changed it. If you have a source for this higher number, please add it. Thanks. --Logical Fuzz (talk) 21:57, 21 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Ratings sources

edit

If the future, you should properly cite your references to avoid Bare URLs, or mere links to the site where you got your information. Identifying information such as author, title of article, date and publisher should readily be readable from the references section. The most recent addition you made to the ratings for Necessary Roughness should read, not so much like this, <ref>http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2011/07/21/wednesday-cable-ratings-storage-wars-royal-pains-necessary-roughness-franklin-bash-rosannes-nuts-more/98610/</ref>, but like this; <ref>{{cite web |url=http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2011/07/21/wednesday-cable-ratings-storage-wars-royal-pains-necessary-roughness-franklin-bash-rosannes-nuts-more/98610/ |title=Wednesday Cable Ratings: 'Storage Wars,' 'Royal Pains' 'Necessary Roughness'; + 'Franklin & Bash,' 'Rosanne's Nuts' & More |last=Seidman |first=Robert |work=TV by the Numbers |date=July 21, 2011 |accessdate=July 21, 2011}}</ref>. And if you could click on the title of the articles before copying the URL, especially with TV by the Numbers, it would help; linking to the article through Twitter causes an extraneous tag at the end of the site information ( that isn't necessary. Clicking again on the article title once you're on the page refreshes it from the primary site location, leaving just the site address. Thanks in advance, KnownAlias X 21:14, 21 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Ok!! Thanks for the info for the bare URLS!!

A3 flights operated by both A3 itself and OA

edit

Has there been such a discussion on WikiProject Airports? Because I have seen many major airports' articles listing flights of an airline to a certain destination both by itself and another airline. For example Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport and Malpensa Airport.

If you just think we'd better not list the route twice, you should start a discussion here before reverting edits: WikiProject Airports.

Until a decision has been made by the community, please revert the changes you made to those articles. Thank you

Proposed deletion of Sea Jets

edit

The article Sea Jets has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

no third party sources, no assertion of notability, see WP:GNG / WP:CORP

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 16:46, 20 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Aegean Airlines destinations

edit

Searching on amadeus.net and aegeanair.com there appear to be no flights from Heraklion to Stansted, as you mentioned, from today until the end of October. Therefore the route is seasonal. Please be kind enough to revert your edit. Thank you Thakaran 16:10, 18 September 2014 (UTC)

There are no flights to Gatwick during April, May and June, flights from HER to Gatwick start in July. Therefore, since Gatwick is not served during these months it is a seasonal destination. You were right about Oslo though, it's just not available for booking through their website ;)

Athens International Airport

edit

Hi. Do you know if Aegean Airlines still flies to Abu Dhabi or is it now a codeshare service operated by Etihad Airways? Also, do you know if Aegean's service to Hamburg is still year-round or is it now seasonal. An IP continues to make these changes without a source or explaining why. Aegean's website still show Abu Dhabi as a destination (but not Hamburg). Citydude1017 (talk) 18:02, 18 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
