Jayasankar C Menon

Jayasankar C Menon was moved to Draft:Jayasankar C Menon because it was at Wikipedia:Jayasankar C Menon and if it was an article it should have been at Jayasankar C Menon. As you moved it from your sandbox I wasn't sure if it was a full finished article or something you were still working on. It seemed safer to move it to draft rather than having an unfinished article that might have been sent for deleteion.
