In reference to your question at my talk page in response to the WP:FFU request. The idea is to protect the rights of Mattthew Skenandore. Firstly the moral rights: does Mattthew have three or two t's? Normally it has 2. Because qualitytimelord on flickr has only loaded one image with about 1 view from me, I cannot confirm if this image is good as claimed or copied from somewhere else. If qualitytimelord announces who he is on the flickr account, then it would be acceptable to credit Matthew with that work, and also he could upload some of his work to that flickr account. I did not see an official web site, but if it existed it could be used to announce the release of some images under a free license. We are looking for the cc-by or cc-by-sa license. The copies of work can be lower resolution with a comment to say that only that resolution is under the free license, and the high resolution remains rights reserved. If qualitytimelord uploads a higher resolution image witha free license and no frame then It will be more convincing that that is the artists identity. I have now uploade the portrait. I see that there is one image called "The Future of Reproduction" on flickr. I assume that this is proof of the artist's work as mentioned above. Was this intented to be released as a free image to include on Wikipedia? If so it must have a free license. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 21:27, 5 January 2011 (UTC)

I read the article on Skenandore, and you simply didn't say anything about why he is notable. There was stuff about his ideas and his inspirations and his education, but nothing that actually makes him stand out. DS (talk) 15:22, 6 January 2011 (UTC)
