April 2022 edit

Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Talk:Milan, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Do not continue to restore that thread. It was added by a now-blocked editor and socks. If you must, start a new thread with your own comments. If you are the same editor then you are WP:BLOCKEVADING and are not allowed to edit using any IP or named account. Meters (talk) 07:07, 17 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Blocked as a sockpuppet edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:ItalianConquest per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/ItalianConquest. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  --Blablubbs (talk) 13:38, 20 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Interestingly I was blocked by some German user interested in military subjects and censored entirely at Milan but not at Western world.

Range of the Romance languages, the modern descendants of Latin, in Europe.
Milan's roots are in Latin language and Holy Roman Empire history (that is the ancient Roman empire heritage) but things evolved, you know? By Spanish discovery of America, the Spanish empire and the French kingdom came into conflict against across Catholic western Europe, so the German Imperial influence (Holy Roman Empire) in the area began fading after Spanish influence. Milan had been entirely under German rule (of the HRE) for 500 years. When Atlantic influence grew in late 1400s, the Spanish (siding the Papacy) and the French (enemy to the Papacy) battled for the northern regions of Italian peninsula that were closer to the Mediterranean Sea: Milan went to the Spanish under the HRE (later also to the Austrian, still under HRE ruling), until Bonaparte's taking over by the late 1700s French Empire and by subsequent dissolution of the HRE. Then remained French until the end of the Italian monarchy (of French heritage) in the 1940s, just 80 years ago. All very interesting but, again, things evolved to present times taking much of a different shape, why would you want to stick the page to the history of the HRE? The only conclusion is that the actual outsider in the page Milan, is the Germanic heritage of the Holy Roman Empire, of course, because German influence was highly affected following the discovery, and I am sure then the present bias is of Northern Italian but also Swiss-German influence, together "hiding wealth". Excuse that. Keeping the page with such a pre-contemporary history resemblance is pure bigotry, and faulty. So why not add Milan is the wealthiest Italian city right in the leading statements.. It should be readily available information from the start. This is broadly speaking why I should be unblocked. CubaRepublica (talk) 18:07, 20 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

This has exactly zero relevance to your block. Yamla (talk) 18:40, 20 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Suggesting that user:Blablubbs's supposed German background had anything to do with your block is not helpful. Neither is your rambling monologue. This account is blocked for socking. You cannot appeal your block here, only on your original user page. And since that user was blocked for personal attacks and then socking, and you are still doing that, such an appeal would almost certainly be a waste of time. • Just a passerby note that I didn't read all of your posts in full, and that the only opinion I have about Milano is that I find its main train station both interesting and depressing from an architectural point of view. You're blocked under one account, so you may not participate in community discussions with any. It's that simple. --Blablubbs (talk) 18:56, 20 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
I was not claiming you have an opinion on Milan in fact. CubaRepublica (talk) 05:05, 22 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
Was claiming you do have a.. twisted.. opinion on central european national wealth. See Casablanca for example, not capital of Morocco but financial center and thus it's stated clear from the beginning.
    Those're two very different things. CubaRepublica (talk) 07:17, 22 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
Not being offensive then why revert my consistent comments.. as you can't even tell I am using banned user same connection (which I am)? And see Frankfurt as well reports right from the first statements something about its wealth given that it is Germany's financial center. That's just how it should be. CubaRepublica (talk) 07:36, 22 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
Even Switzerland's cities (Zurich and Geneva) follow the same twist on the manual of style. You clearly have done this the way that hides wealth from Germany/Switzerland into Milan and London, for too many years. Since this is English Wikipedia, it must've been thought with by english administrators. Almost unforgiving. CubaRepublica (talk) 19:45, 22 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
