If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. I have rewritten the part in the main article, and you must immediately rewrite the material in the separate articles about the various people, or they will be speedily deleted. I work for the NCCU's Office of Public Relations. The content and images that I get from the university's website is not "stolen." Please advise me on what I need to do to stop the "speedy deletions" from occurring. Do you need some type of proof that I work for the university? Thanks.

See WP:COPYVIO for the procedure. It requires GFDL licensing, which means that anyone may reuse or modify in any way whatsoever the material, even for commercial purposes, as long as they credit the original. Very few colleges have been prepared to release their websites for commercial purposes, and that is required by the license. It is not possible to release material for use in Wikipedia only. But also see our our Business FAQ (which also applies to non-profit organisations) You are editing with an amazing indifference to our standards of WP:Conflict of interest. You have been inserting promotional text in the article, and nonencyclopedic administrative details. The sort of writing that works for a website does not work for an encyclopedia. Websites are supposed to be attractive, positive, and present the point of view of the organization. Encyclopedia pages are designed to be factual, objective, and present a neutral point of view. They are to be written in a concise manner, not to sound "good" but to sound like an encyclopedia. We do not include empty "puffery", non specific adjectives of praise, and unsourced statements of how good you are. all statements of opinion must b attributed to a 3rd party independent reliable published sources, print or online (but not blogs or press releases) that is not connected with the university. God PR people learn to write according to the medium they are writing for, according to its customs and rules.

Perhaps some small part of the material you have been reinserting can be used if you do obtain GFDL clearance. But almost all of it should better be rewritten on eliminated. Given the absence of a statement on licensing I am removing your reinsertions. And I give you a final warning that you will be blocked if you add them again until the license has been granted. And even if licensed, if you insert unencyclopedic or promotional material it will be removed, and you will be given a warning. And even more important--as important almost as copyright--you have removed a section of well-sourced negative material about the university. This is blatantly wrong, totally against our principals, you clearly demonstrates your unacceptable conflict of interest, and is cause for blocking if you do so again. I will help you write a good article on your university as I have helped many other academic institutions. I will even help with good articles on the successive presidents--the president of a university is considered notable here. I urge you to learn how to work here properly, and give you a final warning that if you revert again I shall block you. The only reason I am not blocking you for the repeated removal of well-sourced sourced negative material about he university is that the material was originally added by myself, and admins here do not themselves take administrative action in such circumstances. If such an event should happen again, I shall ask some uninvolved admin to evaluate the situation, and you will almost certainly be blocked from editing. I call to your attention that the same material has also recently been removed twice, by anonymous editors, one of whom at least locates by WHOIS to your university site. If this continues, I shall ask an other admin to consider blocking anonymous editing altogether from that site. This will unfortunately be a disservice to your university students, but is what we do in similar circumstances. Please take whatever steps you can to avoid it.
