Confused - Finished Draft of Article, Published Changes, Now What?

edit

Hello - Earlier this week, I created a draft page for 'John Imah' and clicked Publish Changes. Does that mean the page is waiting to be reviewed/approved? If not, can you advise if there's another step I need to take to have it submitted for review?

I appreciate your assistance. Thank you!
