Please don’t bite me, I’m a newbie!

I’m a university student in a Wikipedia Education class, and I’m currently learning how to contribute to Wikipedia.
I am approaching my subject in good faith.

A tag has been placed on File:"The Corben Super Ace, Narromine Aviation Museum (31)".jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a file licensed as "for non-commercial use only", "no derivative use", "for Wikipedia use only", or "used with permission"; and it has not been shown to comply with the limited standards for the use of non-free content. If you agree with the deletion, there is no need to do anything. If, however, you believe that this image may be retained on Wikipedia under one of the permitted conditions then:

  • state clearly the source of the image. If it has been copied from elsewhere on the web you should provide links to: the image itself, the page which uses it and the page which contains the license conditions.
  • add the relevant copyright tag and if necessary, a complete fair use rationale.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hi Whpq,
Thankyou for your feedback I appreciate it.
I ask for you to please re consider this as the image added was found here https://www.flickr.com/photos/38049473@N00/8653822540 and had referenced this correctly or so I thought. The viewing policy the image is set as 'public' and the Creative Commons licence states the image is CC BY-NC-SA 2.0 as published by the author himself bauple58
I am new to this space so please let me know if there was anything that was missing from the citation of this image as I did not claim it as my own and referenced the creator. Crichtonatuni (talk) 04:15, 14 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
The image needs to be under an acceptably free license. Although CC BY-NC-SA 2.0 is a Creative Commons license, it is insufficiently free for Wikipedia. The NC portion means non-commercial use only. Wikipedia requires that the license allows commercial use. -- Whpq (talk) 11:27, 14 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
Thanks so much Whpq for your feedback, I am new in this space and really appreciate your time. Please let me know how to have this deleted (if not done so already) as I now understand and apologise for the error. Crichtonatuni (talk) 05:10, 16 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
The image has already been delete. -- Whpq (talk) 11:07, 16 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
