HELP!!!

Help, every time I check something in wikipedia i get a message telling me i vandalized something and i've been banned from the computer cause i have exams i still do, no body ha's been using the computer exept for my mom and she only uses yahoo, so please help me, i didnt edit i swear. Cpt Adham

Hi there. Most likely, your connection to the internet is shared with others subscribed to the same provider. When one of those users vandalizes Wikipedia, sometimes another innocent visitor receives the message. Sometimes this will lead to a short block preventing the editing of articles, but this will not interfere with viewing pages. When on a shared IP address, you can avoid those messages by remaining logged on. Hope this helps. — TheKMan^talk 23:55, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
