May 2018 edit

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. Alexf(talk) 19:53, 29 May 2018 (UTC) The change I made to the Gopher_(protocol) page was to add a link to a Gopher server that I had written which is still being maintained (unlike many of the ones currently list on the Wikipedia page). Of the ones listed none were written in PHP. I suspect not too many people still use the Gopher protocol, but for people interested in retro computing, who do know PHP, it is useful to have at least one PHP Gopher server listed.Cpollett (talk) 21:45, 29 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
