Hmm, I'm not sure the link would be accepted even then. I'm no expert on WP-policies and guidelines, but looking at WP:LINKSTOAVOID it may go under Links mainly intended to promote a website and/or Sites that are inaccessible to a substantial number of users, such as sites that only work with a specific browser (given the access is depening on region - I for one can't find a single video on the site).
