Thank you for uploading File:Weisslake.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Image Screening Bot (talk) 14:34, 11 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. 24.4.101.72 (talk) 21:27, 11 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Greetings Conniemwhite – I’ve just seen the remarks you made over at Cedar Bluff, Alabama. I haven’t looked into it too deeply, but I would imagine that one of the reasons your edits are being deleted is because you are making claims without adding any corresponding references. Please take a quick look at some of the guidelines in the welcome at the top of this page to get a better idea of how things are done here. It might seem a lot but you’ll get the hang of it. Drop me a line if there’s anything you think I might be able to help out with. Cheers!--Technopat (talk) 22:16, 11 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, I put my observations about my two reverts in the last edit summaries... re: style and references. I didn't give you a warning here on your talk page because I could see you were trying, just not in the right way.
Think of opening an encyclopedia book and looking up any town. You wouldn't expect to read lavish praise like (as one reverting IP-named editor put it) "a travel brouchure", you would be looking for facts. I don't doubt that your town is as nice as you say but the adjectives were a bit over-the-top, is all. Take a look at other towns in this on-line encyclopedia... see the style? That's what you should try to emulate.
By the way I was also interested in the info about Nathan Bedford Forrest. Again, you live in an interesting area, and I hope you won't give up working on editing here, as I believe you could be a good contributor with a bit of study. Like Technopat, you can ask me questions any time. Jusdafax 03:04, 12 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
