Hi. I just happened by AnonGuy's talk page, and did a quick validation search on Moobol.com website. In my opinion it fails immediately as it does not tailor its content to English Wikipedia, characterisation being mainly Chinese. It may be allowable in zh.wikipedia, but not in en. I am unable to verify reliability of (if any) third-party sources through the Google search engine, due to not speaking the prime language of the site! Sorry I cannot be more optimistic on this.
