It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. • I wish I could. I'm technically able to reinstate it, but a Google search of a sample of the text came back positive across several sites. As such, I'm not allowed to restore a copyright violation. Thank you for the kind words, though. My suggestion would be for you to start over with something in your own words, but referenced to the sites the text came back from. In other words, use the sites as sources of information, but not of words. Again, thank you for you kindness and understanding. • LOL! Well, I wish this were a job, but I'm a volunteer. Anyone can nominate a user in good standing (including themselves) to be an administrator, but it requires that you have a few months of editing under your belt. It's been awhile since I was made one; at that time, it required work on a featured article like the ones promoted on the main page. It also requires a good attitude and you certainly seem to have that. Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you must sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment.
