I've actually been a contributor to WP since maybe 2007. I had little knowledge about the rules and policies until I got a one week ban which actually compelled me to read and comprehend multiple WP policies throughout my block period. I've had multiple accounts here and it didn't matter to me which account I should use as long as I log in to any one of them. Sometimes I don't even bother to log in and contribute as an IP address. This caused my ban as I used many accounts to participate in a vote (which is why I now know why they call it sockpuppet) which of course I didn't know how grave mistake that was. Anyway now I'm back and I'm trying to be more responsible here and I have some questions.

1. All my contributions to the vote discussion was struke down, can I now, after completing my ban, contribute again to the discussion (don't worry I will do it all in one account) ?

2. Ive had contributions before my ban to many articles, which were well-sourced, however they were reverted because I was banned as sockpuppet, is this some sort of punishment or can I undo them ? ComebackAgain (talk) 11:59, 28 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

  1. I find your claim to have thought what you were doing was acceptable totally disingenuous. You clearly used multiple accounts with the intention of misleading other editors into thinking you were separate people, to give the impression that there was independent support for your point of view. I find it highly unlikely that you thought that such deliberate dishonesty was acceptable, and in the very improbable event that you did, you have such a weird inability to understand what is obvious to any normal person that you are lack the competence to fit in.
  2. You appear to have announced the intention of continuing to use sockpuppets to evade your block.
  3. If you wish to eventually be unblocked, about the worst thing you can do is to continue to create sockpuppets, such as this one.
  4. No, the reverting of your edits isn't a punishment. The purpose is for you to learn that anything you do while evading your block will be pointless, as it will just get reverted, in the hope that that may persuade you that evading the block is not worth doing. And no, of course you are not allowed to undo the reverts: I don't know how to make this any clearer than it has already been made, but you are not allowed to edit Wikipedia at all, except for posting to the talk page of your original account in connection with unblock requests. Request reason:

Really? so I'm basically blocked for life. I can no longer contribute to Wikipedia? I have stated that I have abandoned mu old accounts and looking for fresh start here. I have served my ban time and created new account without any violation. What else you want to me do?

Decline reason:

You are blocked from editing indefinitely. This applies to you as a person, not to any specific account. This means you cannot create a new account and start editing from scratch. Indefinitely does not necessarily mean for life, but until you can convince us that you understand what you have done wrong, that you will not do it again and that you have postive contributions to make to Wikipedia. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
