To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own personal sandbox for use any time. It's perfect for working on bigger projects. Please remember to:

Providing a vague mention of ""NCES College Navigator" in the edit summary is insufficient; most Wikipedia readers never see that, and it isn't specific enough anyway.
