Dennis The Fox owns all rights to this photo. He supplied it to me. He wants it included in the Wikipedia essay. I'm easily confused and just can't figure out how to get it approved. Please help! -PeteCognoman (talk) 17:24, 16 May 2017 (UTC)

Please help me with...this is still too complicated for me to understand. The situation is simple: Photo subject is photo owner. He wants it posted. He does not want to make it Public Domain or have people alter it if they use it. Help! Cognoman (talk) 19:45, 16 May 2017 (UTC)

- The short answer is, if that's what he wants, Wikipedia cannot have the photo. A license that does not allow re-use and modification is too restrictive to be considered free by Wikipedia, and someone else could take an image of him and release it under a free license, so there's no need to make use of a non-free image.
