Speedy deletion nomination of Winner's Auction and Exhibition House

edit

Hello Cmdh00,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Winner's Auction and Exhibition House for deletion, because it doesn't appear to contain any encyclopedic content. Take a look at our suggestions for essential content in short articles to learn what should be included.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Abbottonian (talk) 12:02, 31 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Dear Abbottonian, I am creating my first Wikipedia article ever and was dismayed at the lack of patience to allow me to work on creating the page properly and learning how to do so. My page was almost immediately marked for deletion and later the same day deleted. Can you restore the page and hours of work that I put into it and allow me to amend the unacceptable parts? Speedy deletion nomination of Winner's Auction and Exhibition House

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Winner's Auction and Exhibition House requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. - MrX 12:33, 31 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Winner's Auction and Exhibition House. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. - MrX 15:54, 31 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
