Johannes, I've been sick and missed your comments. Thank you for reviewing, but I don't understand what you mean about sources? The subject is featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Publishers Weekly, and many other places. He has written for the New Yorker and major publishers. What sources are "influenced?"

I will try and fix the "bare" citations. I'm not sure which they are.
