Request reason:

I don't quite understand why am I blocked from further editing as I already expressed my intention to rewrite the article and follow the guidelines....... Furthermore, a page on Roger Chung has already been built in Chinese Wikipedia so my boss intention is to create an English version of that i/o creating an advertisement of himself...Clhy (talk) 05:56, 27 May 2019 (UTC)
