Geddy Lee

The original line up was Jeffery Jones, Alex Lifeson, and John Rutsey. Jones was the original lead singer/bassist between August-September 1968. Jones left and Geddy Lee joined in September 1968. Photo caption

You recently reverted a change to a photo caption at Peanuts, restoring the caption as saying it was a picture of Knott's Berry Farm rather than Cedar Point. However, the description of the picture from the original photographer is "Snoopy Bounce at Cedar Point Camp Snoopy entrance", and if you zoom in on the green recycling can in the lower right quadrant of the picture, you'll see the Cedar Point name on it, so it looks like the change you reverted was actually correct. I avoid editing Peanuts articles directly due to having a Peanuts-related conflict of interest, but if you could examine your revert and see if it is worth restoring what you had reverted, that would be a good step. --Nat Gertler (talk) 14:46, 26 March 2020 (UTC)

Done - sorry to exercise you. Just so you know, I ALWAYS revert anon editors who change existing text because 99 time out of 100, its someone fooling around or a moron making incorrect changes because he/she doesn't understand the subject. I would take it to Talk next time rather than editing anonymously. I've seen editors on other pages who do this "I have a conflict of interest, but would suggest the following edit..." Cheers! I do not edit anonymously, and I do take it to talk when I see something that needs editing on the Peanuts pages (in fact, more than half of the conversations on Talk:Peanuts were started by me doing just that.) Honus Wagner card image in Baseball

Hi Ckruschke, I'm curious as to why you think this revert was inappropriate. It seems like information about the Honus Wagner T206 is pertinent here, was sourced to ESPN (via the AP), and has been in the article since at least 2010. If anything, its removal appears to be our spammer friend User:Generalinfosports retaliating for the deletion of his promotional content about the Hank Aaron card that he is trying to add to multiple locations, and not "an advertisement... deleted by the originator." Picture for "Baseball" article

Hi there. I noticed that you reverted my edit on the baseball article and wanted to give my reasoning for it. With all due respect to Jason Heyward, I feel like Mike Trout is a much better fit for an article titled "baseball" considering he is regarded as the best player today and already being regarded as one of the best of all time. The picture is also more recent, as it is from the 2019 ASG, while the Heyward pic is from 2016. Lastly, I politely disagree with your edit summary saying that the photo featured "no action." Kiritimati or Christmas Island

Thanks very much for your edits on Kiritimati. You say that you think that there are many guess or original work — not sourced –. I have read many times the whole article and I have never read incorrect or guess informations. Before that I have read all books and journals about this atoll abc been there for a long period of time. My son lives there in Port London. As you know it is quite easy to write « citation needed » especially on remote matters, than looking every assertion on Books (especially the very good ones that are few). Then cite the information. Shouldn't be that hard if you have all the books. If you don't have the books or direct knowledge that you can source, and word of mouth or personal knowledge doesn't count in Wikipedia, then I or another author will tag "English is generally understood, but little used outside the tourism sector" or "The first contingent of Americans was a company from the 102nd Infantry Regiment, a National Guard unit from New Haven, Connecticut" all day long because these are statements that cannot be verified. Uncited info is called Original Research in Wikipedia and it isn't allowed. "Tregetour Pictures" is a fake production company inserted into several Wikipedia articles from various IP addresses. It does not exist on IMDb. I see that you reverted its insertion into Take Me Out to the Ball Game (film). Thank you. List of natural disasters by death toll, regarding your modification to the list: "Ten deadliest natural disasters by highest estimated death toll excluding epidemics and famines", The 1931 China Floods: WHAT PART OF "HIGHEST ESTIMATE DONT YOU UNDERSTAND?". It is a list based purely on the highest estimate, not a range. All disasters have death toll ranges, low and high estimates, but this particular list is purely based on highest estimate. Sorry about the caps, but people keep misunderstanding and making this mistake, I am just fed up with it.... But its clearly written "highest estimate" only. Wish you a good day, cheers! There are many charts on this page and this is the only one that doesn't use ranges - I think you can understand when people might misinterpret your edit after a cursory glance - which is certainly not a reason for this level of irritation.
