Your edits at Genital ulcer

Hello Ckptran, welcome to Wikipedia! I'm glad to see someone picking up an unloved article! A few notes for you from a glance at your work:

1. The first sentence of a Wikipedia article typically answers the question "What is X?". The first sentence you had: A genital ulcer is located on the genital area... answers "Where is X?" instead. I've added a couple of words ("an open sore" before "located"); I hope you still find it agreeable.
2. We typically use a slightly larger section header for each section (I believe it's called "Header" in the visual editor, rather than "Sub-header 1"). See Ulcer (dermatology) for an example. I changed the headers to the normal level, which you can see now resemble those at other articles.
3. This is truly unimportant, but we typically leave section titles in sentence case (e.g. "Signs and symptoms" rather than "Signs and Symptoms"). If you cruise around some other articles you'll see that to be the case. I've changed yours.
4. Note in your current version [1] something funny happens with the reference list at the bottom. You have a "References" section, followed by an "External links" section. But right now the references misbehave and appear below the External links section at the very bottom! You can remedy this by placing the text {{Reflist}} in the references section. It's a template which auto-magically tells the reference list where to go. More info for the technically inclined at {{Reflist}}. I've added it to Genital ulcer for you.

That's all for now! I see from your userpage that your Wikipedia work is part of a university course, but I hope you find improving Wikipedia to be rewarding!
