I have semi-protected the article University of Rhode Island and deleted the contributions of this user from the history of the articles University of Rhode Island and Revelstoke, British Columbia. I have also raised this issue at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#User:202.159.221.22. Another administrator, East718 (talk · contribs), subsequently blocked the IP from editing for one month.
