Disruptive edit

Don, are you aware that Rhode Island Red has described both of us as "disruptive" with regard to the Juice Plus article? I can't remember where I saw it; it was on someone's talk page, not on the Juice Plus discussion page itself. I find "disruptive" a revealing word for him to have chosen - he is obviously annoyed that he is no longer able to "rule the roost" unchallenged. TraceyR 07:57, 22 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

I couldn't agree with you more, TracyR. I had just signed off for the night when I realized where you had read that post. It was on EdJohnston's talkpage. RIR wrote his main concern was dealing with "disruptive" editors and this effort took precident over things like a peer review. I'd rather be concerned with things like...I don't know...improving the articles? I pointed this out to EdJohnston but curiosly both RIRs and my post are now gone. I wonder if it would be OK if I removed these annoying warnings from RIR but then again, I can wear them as badges of courage. The truth cannot be silenced if there are enough voices to tell it.Citizen Don 06:57, 24 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Mediation edit

A request for mediation has been filed with the Mediation Committee that lists you as a party. The Mediation Committee requires that all parties listed in a mediation must be notified of the mediation. Please review the request at Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/Juice Plus, and indicate whether you agree or refuse to mediate. If you are unfamiliar with mediation, please refer to Wikipedia:Mediation. There are only seven days for everyone to agree, so please check as soon as possible. --Elonka 20:34, 30 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Suggestion edit

Thank you for your comments at the RfC.  :) I think that you are a good writer, and if you have the time available, I would love to see you spend more time on Wikipedia. Currently your contribs show that you haven't ventured out to any other articles yet. May I suggest that you give it a try, just as a way of getting more familiar with the project? One fun technique is to click on the "Random article" link in the lefthand "navigation" toolbox. I find that if I click it rapidly a few times, I usually find something that draws my interest, and I'm more likely than not going to spot a typo somewhere, or a word which should be hyperlinked. You can be bold and make small typo fixes like that, as a way of building up your "wiki-muscles."  :) There are also plenty of places on Wikipedia that need help. For example, if you visit Category:Articles that need to be wikified you're likely to see hundreds of articles that are in dire need of assistance. It doesn't mean that you need to do a complete overhaul on a single article, but even helping out with bolding a title or wiki-linking a date, or adding a category can be helpful. With lots of editors making small changes, we can get a lot done! Plus, I think that as you edit other articles, it will help build your own confidence about how things work here, which would make it easier for you to make larger changes, and we'd all benefit.  :) Anyway, just wanted to offer a suggestion! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let me know, Elonka 22:12, 12 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

RFC/User edit

Because you are an editor who has participated in previous discussions on the same topic (or a closely related one), I call your attention to discussion at Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Rhode Island Red.2. Sincerely, GeorgeLouis (talk) 16:33, 6 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
