Hello. At the Rob Eastman article, you stated that you arrowed the article and added sources. It is clear from looking at the diffs that you did not change anything. Please don't remove the tags without improving the article. Other editors may come along and help. I tagged the articles as I did because the only refs are links to the business the subject is involved with. Articles, especially biographies, need reliable third party sources. Thanks.
