Lee Jasper

Hi - please remember this is an encyclopedia and not a tabloid paper - I removed your recent addition to the Jasper biography for that reason - please take a little time to read relevant policies - as contributions to articles about living people have to be neutral and respectful according to WP:BLP and WP:NPOV - thanks - Youreallycan 12:40, 7 May 2012 (UTC) I think I replied on your home page (?) Anyway, the Guardian is not a tabloid, the Lee Jasper article seriously calls into doubt Wikipedia as anything other than a P.R outfit.

YES, but we don't report accusations and suchlike partisan claims - see at the end of the guardian article - "The GLA is an exemplary authority achieving national recognition in the country in regard to equality and procurement."Lee Jasper played a leading role in regard to these, and no evidence has been presented for the criminal allegations presented by the Evening Standard." - your addition was totally undue and imo attacking and partisan. We take great care here in regards to content about living people - rthis is not a name and shame situation. We write neutrally about the reported details. - Youreallycan 15:20, 7 May 2012 (UTC)

I understand that living people are accorded more respect but consensus legal and other wise is that Lee Jasper was sacked and did not "resign". His entry is basically one sided and seems to have been written by him and/or his supporters. If that is the starndard of Wikipedia I will not bother. I noticed several historical inaccuracies on some entries and a few on current affairs.
