You are behaving just like Chadbryant. It doesn't matter if you claim to be him or not. This precedent is clear: if you exhibit similar editing habits to one user, even if you claim not to be, you can be treated as one user (just like a meatpuppet). You should be unblocked. I don't know why you think you're still blocked. Have you tried editing an article? If so, what article did you try editing?
