Please be more thoughtful about the correct application of citation style templates

edit

I noticed that you recently very substantially expanded the List of Internet phenomena in China, however, due to a variety of errors and stylistic inconsistencies (using deadurl=yes instead of url-status=dead, putting punctuation marks after the incline citation rather than before it, somehow inserting random spaces into URLs and thereby breaking them), this has caused the reference section to be riddled with red error messages. While I greatly appreciate your insight into a—from a Western perspective—highly obscure and inaccessible area like Chinese Internet culture, I kindly ask you to be a little more diligent about these technical matters in the future, as easily avoided errors like these only cause extra work for other editors. Hi Chubit. Please do not arbitrarily change the licensing of files to non-free like you did here and here. Both images were correctly tagged {{PD-ineligible-USonly}}, and should not be changed without additional discussion. If you have questions or need help, please feel free to ask at WP:MCQ. Thanks, FASTILY 08:32, 1 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
