Proposed deletion of Jonell Lennon edit

The article Jonell Lennon has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Useless redirects edit

Creating redirects from the names of completely unknown people to the page about the high school they attend (when they are not even mentioned at the high school article) is just pointless and confusing. If any of these people become notable, we can create an article about them then. But for now, just stop please. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 22:47, 11 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

November 2013 edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --BDD (talk) 23:12, 11 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

The free encyclopedia edit

I came across your comment on your user page mocking Wikipedia's catchphrase, "the free encyclopedia", because folks have requested that some of your posts be deleted. I just wanted to point out to you that while you noticed the "free" part you seem to have missed the "encyclopedia" part. This is an encyclopedia, and it's intended to be useful. It can't be if all the significant information about what are considered notable topics is drowned out by people listing their friends, article's about pet cats, prayer requests, personal reflections, and all the other non-encyclopedic content that people add here every day. This is why Wikipedia has policies and guidelines. I hope you can appreciate this and see the value that these have in helping Wikipedia serve its users. Perhaps you have valuable contributions to make yourself. —Largo Plazo (talk) 23:50, 11 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Blocked edit

I've blocked your account indefinitely as you (apparently) no longer wish to contribute to the project, given that you gave out your login information with an edit summary of "screw it" while saying "if anybody wants my account here you go" (revision removed). If for some reason you wish to contest this block, you may place {{unblock}} on this page. Rjd0060 (talk) 23:58, 11 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
