Speedy deletion nomination of Pago (Company) edit

BWilkins - I read the WP:FIRSTARTICLE and I've updated the page, unfortunately I think you deleted it before I was able to give the valuable information about the company. I'm not trying to create a bad wiki page :) I just want this to work.

Christine, you have missed the part about notability. There is nothing that even remotely suggests that this company has any notability - Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a business directory. The company actually has to have done something important to be encyclopedic. As well, based on your name, you are related to the business - this is a no-no, and in fact often makes it impossible to a) see non-notability, and b) write non-promotionally. Neither version that you have written comes anywhere close to meeting vital requirements for Wikipedia encyclopedia articles. Someone - and never a representative of the company - could perhaps write a WP:USERSPACEDRAFT, but be careful of influencing others on your behalf (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 23:33, 29 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
