Christian PETIT, I have deleted the page you created, Henri Marius Petit. It was clearly a translation of the text at e-monumen.net. The article fr:Henri-Marius Petit was twice deleted from French Wikipedia as a copyright violation of the same page when it was at this address, but it looks as if no one informed you of that. I note that you also have a copy of that text on your French Wikipedia user page, fr:Utilisateur:Christian PETIT; that is also a copyright violation. Wikipedia cannot have copies of other people's words. Only very short quotations, clearly marked with where they are taken from, are permissible. This applies also to translations. If you wish to make an article about Henri-Marius Petit, you must use your own words and give references to your sources. To help you to understand, I will repeat this message below in French; please excuse my French.

Bonjour Christian Petit!
