Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one of your recent edits to Stateless (band) has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Stateless (band) with this edit, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you.   Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add soapboxing, promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at Stateless (band), you may be blocked from editing. Please stop editing this article in violation of our WP:COI conflict of interest guidelines. If you continue to do so, including removing sourced content, you will be blocked from editing.   This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, as you did with this edit to Stateless (band). SWATJester Shoot Blues, Tell VileRat! 10:41, 30 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for advertising or self-promoting in violation of the conflict of interest and notability guidelines, as you did at Stateless (band). Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  SWATJester Shoot Blues, Tell VileRat! 10:42, 30 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

You'll notice I gave you three different warnings, given that your edits consistently violated several Wikipedia policies -- you've been deleting other people's material (including sourced content), to add your own material in, which contains inappropriately promotional language and reads as an advertisement. This is not what Wikipedia is for. Additionally, your username indicates that you have a conflict of interest and should not be editing this article (please see WP:COI for more information). I'd highly recommend becoming familiar with our editing policies before resuming editing. In any event, you'll have a 48 hour break from editing to do so. {{unblock|reason=Hello, I am Chris James the original member of the band Stateless and I am trying to update the wikipedia page because it contains inaccuracies and some of the grammar is not good. I honestly wasn't trying to advertise or promote the band, I simply wish to improve the wikipedia page, I would also like to update the photos please advise how I can go about doing this. I am new to this, I've never edited a wikipedia page before so apologies if I've done something wrong. i didn't see the warnings until it was too late. Best regards, Chris}}   Administrator note Request turned off without review, block has expired. Beeblebrox (talk) 03:35, 2 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Due to conflict of interest, you should not be editing the article directly - you may propose changes on the article talkpage in order to obtain new WP:CONSENSUS. Note that any proposed changes should be sourced to 3rd party publications. In terms of photos, the image use policy will be useful for you as you will be granting Wikipedia permission to do what they want with those photos - see here for uploading assistance (✉→BWilkins←✎) 10:59, 31 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
