Hi. Can I suggest you add some sources to your page on Haila Stoddard? There might be some useful info here: Wikipedia:Citing sources. The page may not be considered acceptable in its current state. I'm not saying it's a bad article, just offering some advice. Hobson 02:01, 17 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks. I've been workng for the last three years or so on "Broadway Rumble," a biography of my father, Jack Kirkland. It has all been reviewed by Haila Stoddard, his fourth wife, and the material on her in this article comes from newspaper articles in her scrap books, other p;ublished bioraphical references, and personal interviews. I have confirmed dates, titles, names, and the like through on-line archives, principally in ov er 2500 articles in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and the Chicago Tribune. I would be very happy to provide further attribution for anything which provokes challenge, and grateful too. Thanks again.

Thanks for uploading Image:Haila 1946?.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
