April 2011 edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for making legal threats or taking legal action. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved. Salvio Let's talk about it! 22:48, 23 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your complaint was completely valid, and I have removed the offending material. However, some people here care more about avoiding litigation than on having proper articles. All you need to do to get unblocked is to retract your legal threat. If you would like, you are still welcome to pursue legal action, but you are not allowed to announce that intention on Wikipedia. You might not be aware, but your recent edit here contained what appeared to be a 'legal threat'. Wikipedia takes such things very seriously, read more at WP:LEGAL, and if you wish to take legal action there are appropriate avenues for that. However, threats do not make for a positive editing environment and as such, if you cannot remove your public threats or reword them in line with Wikipedia policy, it is likely that administrators will not unblock you. Good luck. -- Avanu (talk) 08:42, 24 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Just want to echo the above: to be unblocked all you need to do is appeal the block and make it clear that you are retracting any legal threats. WP:NLT blocks are not punitive and there is no prejudice against you editing here so long as the threat is retracted. SÆdontalk 09:26, 24 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
