The Weekly Geek

"nn" means "non-notaable". Where did you prove notability? The links on the page were to the podcasts own site, its mypage page, and the page of the radio station that it's spun off from. If you can provide multiple references form reliable sources that this podcast is notable, then please recreate the article. If you object to the deletion, you can appeal at WP:DRV, but you will really need to prove your claims, not just make them. User:Zoe|(talk) 02:44, 8 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

We are linked from two other pages that I can think of, including Rikki Simons and Penny Arcade. I can think of about a million other podcasts out there who have less listeners and still have wiki entries.

Proposed deletion of Richard Stevens (cartoonist)

edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Richard Stevens (cartoonist), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Unreferenced BLPs

edit

Hello Chrisfurniss! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to this article, it would greatly help us with the current 872 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Richard Stevens (cartoonist) - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
