COI/N edit

Except for revealing his real name, what you were saying is okay. If you feel that Coz has a conflict of interest and that conflict of interest is affecting his ability to edit articles related to the SuperSonics in a neutral manner, then you can go ahead and create a discussion on the conflict of interest noticeboard and leave it up to the rest of the community to determine if he has a conflict of interest. You should be able to show his affiliation to Save Our Sonics by the rather large banner on his user page. --Bobblehead (rants) 06:10, 30 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

However, you should note that expressing your concerns on the Seattle SuperSonics article [1] and on the editor's user page [2] were not good ideas. Technically, they were both vandalism with or without using the editor's name. On another note, I also had concerns about this editor's ability to write in a neutral manner. I suspected him to be an avid Sonics fan by his editing patterns before even looking at his user page — it was apparent without the personal information. However, he's been much better lately. I wouldn't say a COI notice is necessary at this time. Okiefromokla questions? 21:36, 30 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
