Hello, I'm Lightoil. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Ryujin (rapper), but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Lightoil (talk) 14:09, 22 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Part Six

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Part Six requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.   Hello, I'm ThadeusOfNazereth. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Vincent Tomas, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Please utilize the WP:DRAFT and WP:AFC features of Wikipedia before turning a redirect into an article, especially if the article is going to be entirely unsourced. Disruptive behaviour

edit

Hi @Chris Nb fc: I see your going around remove redirect in what is considered highly dispruptive behaviour. I had to revert this article Jay Khan after WP:NPP article review. If you keep doing it, I'm going to take you to WP:ANI and get you blocked. All your doing is wasting my time and your time. scope_creepTalk 09:21, 4 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Scope creep: that seems like textbook WP:THREATENing behaviour. I would advise against it, especially as this is a new editor. Warnings? Yes. The edits are disruptive, but please assume good faith and inform the user why this behaviour is disruptive rather then threatening to have them blocked. Thank-you. Edward-Woodrow :) [talk] 12:29, 4 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
Seconding this - There is almost never a reason to leave a comment like this on the page of somebody obviously editing in good faith. The edits are not constructive, but that can feasibly be corrected through education. It almost certainly won't be corrected through threats. ThadeusOfNazereth(he/him)Talk to Me! 13:50, 4 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
Scope_creep, I encourage you to respond and apologize to Chris Nb fc. Edward-Woodrow :) [talk] 14:01, 4 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
The editor was not editing in good faith and it was not a threat. It was statement of fact. I do not threaten folk. Since the editor has arrived here, they have been continuallly disruptivly reverting articles. They seemed to have found the revert function very quickly. While that is perfectly reasonable in the correct conditions, doing it after folk, multiple editors have left edit summaries telling them that it is plainly wrong. The editor still cracked on. There is simply no reason for it and its disruptive. scope_creepTalk 14:42, 4 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
Then leave them a polite warning. Don't threaten a new editor with take you to WP:ANI and get you blocked. Edward-Woodrow :) [talk] 14:46, 4 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Mike D'Angelo (singer)

edit

A tag has been placed on Mike D'Angelo (singer) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a recently created redirect from an implausible typo or misnomer, or other unlikely search term.
