John Gorman (footballer)

I just wanted to check whether your adding John Gorman (footballer) to the category "Gillingham F.C. players" was a mistake. I can't find any evidence elsewhere that he played for the Gills, and he doesn't seem to appear in your lists of Gillingham players(?) Cheers. --Jameboy (talk) 14:55, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

Hey, have a Newsbank link to the full Birmingham Mail Hendrie article, which gives more detail than your current Highbeam link. That aspect of her alleged social life is relevant to an article about Steve Bruce, because of its effects on him and his public reaction to the media coverage thereof. However, and I know it wasn't your addition originally, I've deleted the bit about her relationship with Bendtner, per WP:NOTSCANDAL, because it isn't even remotely "important to an understanding of the topic or person involved". cheers, Struway2 (talk) 08:12, 26 September 2008 (UTC)

I'd always figured that his "unusual" nasal structure was the result of breaking it several times in his playing career. The picture shows it was like that in the mid-80s, so do you know whether it was the result of an incident early in his career or has it in fact always been like that?
